But Avail Intelligence has been hard at work modernizing online merchandising, one site at a time, to create a world of online retail where every store is personalized to each visitor. In your favorite store, the shopkeeper knows you from previous visits, noticing what you bought and what you showed an interest for, and makes sure to recommend relevant products based on that. Avail creates the same personal shopping experience online – automatically. The result is higher conversion rates and order values – in total, a 5-30% uplift in sales per visitor – and more satisfied customers.

Products & Services

Avail’s product is called Behavioral Merchandising – a unique merchandising platform for online retailers. It enables them to automate, evaluate and optimize every part of their merchandising across web stores, mobile stores, email campaigns, in-store kiosks, call centers and more, for multiple languages and currencies. Through a single control panel, the retailer remains in full control.

However, Avail does not sell software. We sell results, in terms of documented sales uplift generated for customers. That is why we have created a comprehensive service package, “Success-as-a-Service”, that takes customers from signature to success based on a proven process and best practices for their sector.
