Avail today announced it has received an order from a large Nordic fashion retailer for an online merchandising solution. With stores throughout northern Europe, and annual revenues of several hundred million euros, the fast-growing retailer also operates a successful e-commerce channel.
The solution, based on the Avail Behavioral Merchandising/tm; platform, will be used to automatically deliver personalized product recommendations throughout the retailer’s online store, in order create a better shopping experience for store visitors and boost retail performance.
As part of the contract, Avail will also provide the retailer with its Avail Success/tm; package of merchandising services. The perfect complement to Avail’s professional technical support, this program provides merchandising training, performance analysis and best-practice advice, as well as regular optimization workshops, delivered personally by Avail’s experienced team of online merchandising experts.
